I first became acquainted with Charles Pulley and his company, Make It Shine Mobile Detailing, in November 2010 through the daily deal website http://LivingSocial.com. I received an e-mail advertising the company's Silver Detail package for $75 (normally a $150 value) which included interior and exterior wash, wax and polish services. The deal couldn't have presented itself at a more opportune time. I was preparing to sell my 2006 Toyota Corolla which was screaming to be restored to "like brand new" condition.

I contacted Mr. Pulley to schedule an appointment who responded to my inquiry the same day. Mr. Pulley is sincere, professional and his passion for his work was reflected in the end result of my immaculately detailed car.

My car is soooo clean!!! It's awesome! Charles came out to my house and detailed my 10 year old VW Bug.

I pretty much live in my Bug and it had never been detailed before. So there were lots of nooks and crannies that needed to be cleaned. When Charles left my rims were so clean, you could 'eat' off of them. One week later they're still clean!!! WOO HOO! (My brake dust covered rims were the bain of my existence!) He even cleaned the tracks that make my drivers seat adjust. I was having problems adjusting my drivers seat, but no more. I never thought about cleaning the tracks. Even with the rain we've had my car looks clean and well taken care of.

I found Charles through Groupon which was offering a great deal for mobile detail.  And as a testament to how good his service is, I've had him come back twice at the regular rate.  He spent 1 1/2 hours on each vehicle and they gleamed as if new, we have 2 very large dogs who make a mess of the vehicle - and he removed every hair, spot of grime and drool - I was so impressed.  Definitely worth the money and convenience.

I got this discount great deal from an online group coupon, and was a bit hesitant because I couldn't find any reviews about Make It Shine Mobile Detailing. But I was very ecstatic about the experience, so go ahead make an appointment with Charles, and I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed.

I have a dog for over a year and I just can't believe how much he sheds. I tried those 3M stuffs from TV commercials, but nothing worked. I tried those vacuum at the gas station thinking it is commercial grade, but no result at all. So I was seeking a good detailing and been wanting to get my interior clean up, so I can start carpooling with friends. It is not just my car is so dirty that I can't bare to let my friends be in it, it is also so embarrassing that I was ashame to let my friends see it.

Charles from Make It Shine come to the rescue. He was very sincere and sounded like a great guy on the phone when I make appointment with him, but I was still skeptical at first as some small business owner would give you great verbal promises but don't follow thru with actions. Charles is different. He is one of those truly sincere small business owners, that not only follow thru with his actions, great quality of works (also takes hs time and not rushing thru it), taking pride with what he does, professional,and also passionate about his works and the end results. My car is not only super clean inside and out, it shines as I can see it from 500 feet away when I walk my dog.  

Make It Shine truly deserves three more stars for his ethics, professionalism, and passion. It sure is the very first for me at Yelp to giving a review more than 5 stars. Pick up your phone and give Charles a call if you need a auto detailing.

I first heard of Make It Shine through one of those daily discounted services websites. Upon surfing the company's website, I noticed two wonderful words..."fall special". Who isn't a sucker for deals?? They were advertising their platinum package, normally a $270 service, for $150....about the same price for their Silver package, which is the first tier of detailing.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out because they were booked (always a good sign when they have lots of business!) and just had it detailed today, right before the weekend. I have a black car so it is very important that it is taken care of right or else the whole world can notice it fading, or having a lackluster and dirty appearance. Needless to say I'm VERY picky about my car.

An hour and a half after getting to my place he was done. The car looked great inside and out. I have a dog so the inside had a decent amount of tiny hairs in cracks and corners but they were mostly gone, like magic. There were tiny details that were missed, like tiny smudges here and there, a few particles on the exterior of the car that were missed, but I'm just being very nitpicky. I have a clear bra on my hood, side panels, bumper, and side mirrors too, so he made sure to take that into consideration when working on the car. Overall the car looked great from top to bottom upon finish.

I'll definitely be using his detailing expertise again!

Make it shine mobile detailing service falls nothing short of its name!  My car had the worst stains in the back seats from my kids!  It had an awful odor from the things my kids have spilt and it just was not nice to look at.  Once Charles from Make it shine mobile detailing was done, my car seriously looked BRAND NEW!  I could not have been happier.  It smells clean and looks the best I have ever seen it.  The best part is I didnt have to sit at some car wash and wait, instead I sat on my couch and ocassionally went out to see how it was going. Well worth the money!
